Hallmarks of labour foundation is pleased to announce the commencement of its scholarship programme for the 2009/2010 academic session. The foundation which granted scholarship to 81 indigent secondary and tertiary student from he 3 warri local government in 2008 has this year expanded the scope to include many more local governments in Niger Delta. The are Bomadi , Burutu, Warri North, warri South, South west, Uwvie , Sapele, Okpe and Patani. Deadline for return of application forms is the september 2009
